Dr. Sylvan Fain is a general dentist who has 20 years of experience in providing restorative, cosmetic, sedation, and implant dentistry. Dr. Skaff has been practicing at the Biscayne Boulevard location for over 35 years and has been a member of our team for 10 years. We are also pleased to offer the services of Dr. Matthew Fien, a board-certified periodontist who visits our office to provide you with the highest standard of care available.

Our dental office is open at 8 AM four days a week and from 7 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays so you can make convenient dental appointments that fit your busy schedule.

Meet Dr. Sylvan Fain
Dr. Fain grew up in Toronto, Ontario, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He then escaped the cold weather in Toronto and received additional training at Nova Southeastern University in North Miami Beach, where he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program.
Committed to learning new techniques and technologies, Dr. Fain completes continuing education courses on a regular basis. His training in restorative, cosmetic, sedation, and implant dentistry increases the range of dental concerns that Dr. Fain can address, helping patients achieve optimal oral health. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
