76 year old female patient had old porcelain fused to metal crowns that were giving her gum tissue a dark appearance. The case is further complicated as the patient is congenitally missing her lateral incisors. All the upper teeth were retreated with all porcelain crowns and the smile was redesigned. The patient also requested a lighter shade to give a more youthful appearance.
